Life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel. Here's our cancellation policy:
To make sure we're all on the same page, we use Acuity Scheduling to help reduce no-show cancellations. When you book, you'll have the option to read and agree to our cancellation policy.
Let's talk payments!
We believe in transparency, please note the following details: A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot dates. In the event of no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, the deposit fee will be forfeited.
Additionally, a $25 fee is applicable for every 15 minutes of tardiness. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to uphold the value of both your time and ours.
